Join us for a 2-hour, in-person session in Sacramento designed to help you both give constructive feedback and how to make yourself open to receiving it as well. With two experienced coaches and a group of peers, you'll learn practical techniques to help create a culture of coaching in the workplace, so that everyone can be their best self! Expect honest insights, actionable strategies, and a chance to practice in a supportive setting. Coffee and refreshments provided!
